STUDIO CLASSES
All classes will take each client’s current physical condition into consideration. Modifications will be made according to injuries and conditions. Pilates is not a one size fits all approach to exercise. The focus is on the body achieving optimal alignment and stability at its own pace and as it is ready to do so.

Pilates Mat Class:
A 55-minute class that follows the classical Pilates mat systems. This includes exercises that work the various muscle groups, all with attention paid to abdominal strength and stability. The class is taught to challenge those at the highest level while keeping everyone safe with variations and modifications as necessary. This can be taken both virtually and in person.
