Coeur Movement Personalized Packages
Development of Individualized Pilates and additional Training $250 [Plan of Action/Evaluation]
Includes: 45 minute initial assessment & personalized fitness program based on your evaluation. This plan will take into account your own access to equipment and props. (There is no need to worry if you don’t belong to a gym or don’t have a fitness machine of your own. It’s fun to get creative with the workout. We actually have many items in our homes that can be used as props.)
Coeur Movement will determine the best course of action for the client to achieve their goals and will develop a balanced program of exercise accordingly.
This will include but may not be limited to exercise relating to Pilates, weight training, cardio training, and other appropriate physical fitness modalities. It will result in an actual fitness program which will be outlined for the client with specific goals to be achieved in a timely manner as well as a maintenance schedule to be followed.
Initial Customization of Program (90 min) $250
In person or virtual session during which Coeur Movement will detail and instruct the client on the above mentioned balanced program of exercise.
This will include a printed or emailed outline of the program for the client to use when working out on their own.
On site set up of props and/or equipment necessary for program (55 min) $185
Coeur Movement will research and recommend the best equipment and props for the client to use to maintain their new personalized training program. If necessary Coeur Movement will go to the client’s residence, office or private gym to help set up an optimal situation for the client to get the most out of their training.
Pilates Session (55 min) $150
Coeur Movement will instruct the client either in person or virtually, using exercises based in the Pilates method. In person this will include working out on the various Pilates apparatuses. Virtually, the client will use various props to work the same muscles. Modifications will be made for each client as to their level of health and physical fitness. If the client is under the care of a doctor, Coeur Movement will communicate with the doctor and any other medical personnel to ensure that the exercises are safe for the client.
Additional training session (55 min) $150
Coeur Movement will instruct the client in other forms of exercise including cardio, weight training and appropriate physical fitness modalities, including but not limited to isometrics and stretching.
Combined session of Pilates and additional physical fitness program (90 min) $225
Coeur Movement will design a session that incorporates Pilates, cardio, weight training, and appropriate physical fitness modalities as needed for the client to achieve their goals. Sessions will vary in composition as the client progresses through their program.

This program includes various levels of support, such as exercise sessions, movement training, mindset coaching and daily accountability check-ins. You can decide the level of interaction we have in shaping your new lifestyle.
