MINDSET COACHING
Mindset Evaluation Description $200 @ 90 minutes
Committing to a program of exercise and health can be daunting. I am often told by first-time clients that they do not like to exercise. They are overwhelmed by making it part of their routine. In the mindset evaluation we address this by redefining what exercise is and determining how it can be done in your daily life. Not every exercise we do or habit we put into practice needs to be done in a studio or a gym. Retraining your body can take place while walking down the street, running your errands and even sitting at your desk.
Mindset Evaluation is a 90 minute virtual session during which we identify your fitness and wellness goals and set a personalized plan to achieve them, and receive your own Mindset Reset Action Plan. After your initial mindset evaluation, you have the option to continue with Mindset Coaching Sessions.
Mindset Coaching Sessions $150 @ 55 minutes
Accountability is key to achieving long-term and sustainable success in all areas of life. It is no different with exercise and wellness. While some people are self-motivated, others need someone to be a partner on their journey.
Mindset Coaching sessions are 55 minute virtual sessions during which we discuss your progress. Often personal patterns will arise and create roadblocks for your success. We address these and create a plan to move past them. Mindset Maintenance sessions can be done weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
